A big fluff for `The Duff'

An article about the recent changes to Dufferin Mall-- which is, by the way, the closest Wal-Mart location to downtown. I visited the mall in April, and it is quite ghetto.

I personally don't think the mall is as ghetto as everyone says it is. Anyways, I can probably think of a few malls that Dufferin Mall is actually better than!

It reminds me a lot of malls in Scarborough. I wouldn't say it's that ghetto though.
