Adam Vaughan Gets Tough on Nightclubs

While I am no advocate for the clubs in the entertainment district, Vaughan's suggestion is ridiculous. Lineups and policing have no relationship with one another. Let's focus on the nitty gritty planning and introduce other uses and disperse the nightclub concentration.
