No Congestion Tax for Toronto?

I have to agree with Tyndorf. I think congestion taxes will choke the city, and it will diminish Toronto's competitiveness causing people and businesses to relocate. London's solutions cannot be translated here-- we're so different.

Ditto here Matt. Toronto isn't London. We don't have a tube that goes everywhere. Until you ensure transit can offer an equivalent level of basic accessibility, tolls aren't a great idea. We have enough issues trying to keep Toronto competitive as it is.
