Why I'm voting against MMP

"Here, if MMP were adopted as our electoral system, one could easily envisage the emergence of parties based on ethnicity or on geography." Would that be so horrible? Even so, I don't think any radical party would ever gain more than a handful of seats.

I don't get that article. So he concluded that Ontario would get a lot of little parties just because New Zealand did? And that litte parties are bad? And why is it bad that the dominant party would have to compromise with another party? And why would we get another "Harris" with the support of some little party? If Harris only got 45% of popular vote, I would expect that Harris' party plus all the little party that sided with him would still only make up roughly 45% of the seats so he wouldn't still be able to do whatever he wants...
