York student sexually assaulted on campus
The student union cites this ongoing issue as a "systemic problem." Could poor planning and design really be blamed, as Tiff mentioned?

My brother used to meet so many girls because he'd walk them to the bus stop (or wherever they were going). I think even he found it creepy at night. It sounds like York is the place to be if you're a rapist: hot girls and dark spaces.
